      **We have a $75 minimum order requirement.**

      All orders are subject to a $4.95 Order Processing fee.

      At this time, Bell Medical Services, Inc. ships merchandise only to locations within the United States or Guam. All orders less than $250.00 will incur a $16.95 shipping & handling charge to the contiguous United States, more elsewhere.   Most orders being delivered to a RESIDENTIAL location will be shipped via USPS. Orders being shipped to a COMMERCIAL location will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.

      **Most orders being shipped to a commercial address will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.   If your order totals under $250 and you do not want your order to be shipped via USPS, please ship to a commercial address.**

      If you have special shipping requests, or if you would like expedited shipping, please contact us at 800-828-8008.  All orders to Guam, Hawaii or Alaska will incur shipping charges, starting at $45 depending on the size and weight of the shipping box.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

      No returns will be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).  You may return any unused, unmarked and unopened merchandise to Bell Medical Services, Inc. within 30 days of purchase for a refund.  Call 800-828-8008 and speak with a customer service representative so they can issue an RMA.  You must have a copy of the RMA in your return package.  We do not refund shipping charges.  ECG Machines and Centrifuges are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.  No merchandise that has been opened or used can be returned under any circumstance.  For items being returned from an order that received free shipping, the refunded amount will have the shipping charges deducted from the price of the item(s) being returned.
